How to use Aroma Cello Gel at home for longer lasting results:
1. Take off your clothes.
2. Brush the body with dry brush to increase blood circulation
3. Apply Cello Gel on the parts of your body where you need to reduce cellulite.
4. Cover your body w/plastic wrap(good idea to use plastic bag from dry cleaning after you pick up your clothes)
5. Exercise for 30 min.-1 hr.
6. Unwrap, take a shower.
7. Apply Aroma Derm Centella Orange Blossom Gel for making your skin firmer. Use regularly to prolong the success of cellulite treatment.
8. If you have an opportunity use steam or sauna after step 5.
9. Unwrap and use steam or sauna for 15 min.
The heat improves and strengthens the effects of Cello Gel.
Use this home treatment twice a week.
Post treatment regiment:
1. Drink 8-10 glasses of water. This is very important!
2. For the course of the therapy you would need to exercise for 30 min- 1 hr every day, to have a healthy diet (eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, multigrain food, fat reduced food). Reduce consumption of coffee, sweets, white flower products and alcohol.
