Food For Skin

A rising number of cosmetics products are now formulated from ingredients normally found in the kitchen. For customers interested in organic and natural products, this is the latest and greatest in skin treatment. These products are so natural, you can take out a spoon and eat them!

Some leading cosmetic companies have been incorporating food into their cosmetic products for years, using fresh fruit and vegetables in skin care, body care, and hair care products. However, their products are not always completely edible.
What are the benefits?Organic products are better for you. Since natural ingredients tend to have an affinity with the skin’s structure, organic products have more health benefits. Plus, they are environmentally friendly.
At Ultrabeauty Day Spa we use a large variety of skin, body and hair products with ingredients you can find in your kitchen. Every journey begins with a visit to our steam and Sauna Room (we call this Banya, or a Russian Bath House) to reduce stress and detoxify your body. Clients at Ultrabeauty Day Spa relax with some cold water and enjoy the healing warmth prior to receiving their organic body treatment.

Mango Ginger Brown Sugar Scrub
The Herbal Brown Sugar Scrubs used at Ultrabeauty are made with 100% Organic Brown Sugar. It is fantastic as a full body smoother and a gentle alternative to salt scrub. For those with very sensitive skin sugar scrub is much better than salt, particularly in instances of high blood pressure. Using the scrub while in the steam room helps to achieve greater results. The combination of open pores and increased blood circulation, allow the ingredients of this product to go much deeper into the skin.

This Mango Ginger Brown Sugar Scrub not only smoothes skin and makes you look great, it is also detoxifying. Mango has a strong enzyme that helps humans by stimulating metabolism and purifying the intestinal tract. Studies have shown Mango is a powerful antioxidant, anticancer, and anticardiovascular fruit.  Mango is very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C. Ginger has been in use since ancient times for its anti-inflammatory, analgesic, sedative, anti-pyretic and anti-bacterial properties. It also contains a good amount of minerals like potassium, manganese, copper, and magnesium. The Mango Ginger Brown Sugar Scrub gently exfoliates dry skin away from the surface and helps lock in vital moisture needed to keep your skin looking young and healthy. All the while, natural fatty acids feed the skin, creating greater elasticity and firmness.

Why Use Brown Sugar Scrub?

The Ayurvedic oil blend mixed with organic brown sugar contains natural fatty acids that help feed the skin's surface. Nutrients of Mango and Ginger help create greater elasticity, lock in moisture and firm up the surface of the skin, reducing signs of aging. It is a great way to exfoliate and soothe the skin.

You can use sugar scrub during showers and it will leave your skin soft, silky , smooth and visibly radiant.
