Ultrabeauty Day Spa’s week of Detox means getting rid of toxins that poison your body in and out. We live in a fast world where we don’t have time to cook fresh meals, connect with nature, connect with ourselves and no time for relaxation. Our body quickly adapt to the antibiotics we create to combat toxins. In addition, natural allergens, like pollen and dust leave us fatigued and susceptible to illness.
Although our circulation and elimination systems (specifically lungs and liver) work hard to detoxify our bodies, with all of the toxins that we encounter daily, these systems easily become overloaded. Fortunately, our bodies "tell" us when they can use some help.
To heal the body, there are a number of spa treatments that many individuals find to be effective including body wraps, saunas, therapeutic massage (especially lymphatic massage), exercise and/or meditation programs (yoga is highly recommended), professional nutritional counseling and dietary assistance.
During the week of Detox, Ultrabeauty Day Spa offers a variety of detox treatments to help you feel better, restore your energy and regain your well being. Following are the recommended treatments. Let us customize a treatment plan for you.
Start with Sauna or Steam ($10.00) to prepare your body for a deep muscle massage. The smell of eucalyptus helps to clear your lungs and the perspiration removes the toxin from your body .Drink our signature tea with fresh mint and lemon as you enjoy great relaxation.
Therapeutic massage mixed with cupping massage ($100.00) - 45 min therapeutic massage with concentration on problem areas finishing with a 15 min cupping massage for total body detox and deep relaxation.
The cupping massage releases rigid soft tissue, drains excess fluids and toxins, loosens adhesions and lifts connective tissue to bring blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles. The sensation of cupping is often characterized as deep warmth and tingling, long after the treatment has ended. Cupping is not an irritant to the skin or body. It draws the inflammation from the skin’s tissue. Massage cupping is often used on the broad areas of the back, which is a wonderful addition to any massage. The treatment is sedating, and people will often descend into a profound state of relaxation. Body Wraps ($85-unless otherwise noted)- During the week of Detox we offer a variety of wraps and each wrap treatment has its own positive effect to eliminated toxins.
- · Detoxifying Mud wrap-a unique wrap from lake Saka, Ukraine. It contains a very complicated organic complex of mineral salts, living organisms, bacteria, fungi and algae. This is a unique "cocktail" including vitamins, amino acids and lipids. It was found that the vitamin content in Saka’s mud is 3-10 times higher than any other mud in the world and the lipids and their derivatives of fatty acids (a total of 14 titles) - more than 2-3 times. It also contains about as many times more amino acids. Scientists have officially recognized higher medicinal value in Saka mud. - · Nourishing Sea Weed Wrap- This wonderful treatment helps stimulate the body’s metabolism, improve circulation and oxygenation. It encourages the elimination of toxins, cell renewal and aids in moisturizing.
- · Cellulite Recontouring Body Wrap ($125.00)- This treatment includes 1 hour of cellulite and fat deposit massage, a 30 minutes cellulite wrap and 30 minute use of our steam room.
Hydrotherapy Bath ($40.00) –Ultrabeauty’s special hydro treatments featuring a state of the art lighting system, allowing you to select one of seven pure colors from the chromatic spectrums. For detox we offer Thalasso bath using Thalgo Micronized Marine Algae.This 100% natural marine algae provides silhouette refining by detoxifying and draining. The algae and iodine ingredients are also effective in weight loss as they help to break down fat.
Lymphatic Drainage Facial ($145.00)- This unique custom facial, designed especially for the week of detox by Lydia Kazimirov, includes micro-dermabrasion, lymphatic drainage massage and a toning mask by Paul Scerri. It helps to eliminate puffiness and even skin tone.
Hair Mineral Analysis Test ($199.00)- This test provides insight on the many symptoms associated with mineral and vitamin deficiencies and/or excesses, such as: Headaches, Allergy, Anxiety, Depression, Weakness, Arthritis and High Blood Pressure, just to name a few. This report will provide you with the most complete and comprehensive evaluation of significant mineral levels, ratios and toxic metals as tested in the hair.
